customer service folks has no brain
customer service folks has no brain i paid for 1 yr service but my connection was blocked for despute i did - because i want lyc to charge my card for annual aubscription but they charged for monthly which is costly. all of a suddes a charge from lyca was unexpected because they did not let me know before that charging. so obviuosly i dispute it and they blocked my number i paid for 12 months - still blocked i paid 10 $ credit still blocked finally they asked me to pay dispute amout which i did but they did not credit for that extra 1 month. they dont even understand and regret for their problem. 1. No intimation to customer about up coming charge 2. if service is not rendered you can not charge the customer.
