Scammer! Paid extra insurance for nothing!!! The customer care is disgusting! The courier (CTT Express) lost my parcel, and I’m trying to have a refund of my extra insurance I paid with ParcelABC!! I’ve explained the situation 5 times to them (request: 281368) and the customer support is vague and unresponsive. It happened the 24th of April 2024, and still not received anything from them, so far (9th August 2024). Right after the accident, I raised a claim with CTT Express and Parcel ABC, and sent to them proof of value of the goods inside the box lost. Both of them confirmed that were investigating, and they had communications between them. Parcel ABC confirmed that CTT has lost my box!! So why don't give me a refund of the extra insurance?? Details below: EXP. CTT EXPRESS: 0010000060103059694033 CUSTOMER REFERENCE: PTES-785271759 Instead of receiving the package mentioned above, I received a package intended for someone else (a plastic bag with SHEIN products inside). The courier, I assume by mistake, placed my package's label over the plastic bag belonging to another person. Indeed, if I scratch it off, I can see the original label underneath, which belongs to another recipient. I’m trying to keep contact with your support service (request: 281368), but they are unresponsive from 3 months so far. So, this is a scam!! I will happily change the review when receive the reimbursement.
