Mistakenly ticked box for chewable…
Mistakenly ticked box for chewable wormer instead of what was on prescription (smaller tablets). When I contacted customer service they would not accept return even though I offered to return product and then pay for new product (without this agreement I needed to pay for a second prescription). They state unable to accept returns as unsure of condition product kept it and yet last year when they sent the wrong product they asked me to return and then sent the correct prescription. Disappointing to say the least.
