Average service, excessive charges
1. Delayed in airport, when I rang to let them know, they said too bad we close at 5, I'd you arent here by then then pick up your car tomorrow. 2. Warning lights came on on the dash, no contact details were provided for the 24 roadside service that was part of the booking. 3. After finding car crashed into overnight in a hit and run .nm, I contacted them, informed them. The $3000 excess i had to pay came with a $105 service fee. I was treated rudely also and they suggested I would need to pay more than the $3000 excess.
