Absolutely ridiculous!l I have to chase up so many times. The line is always busy. They don’t do what they are going to do. I paid it for next day delivery but they can even mess up about it. That simple job, they can’t do! My dog died because of their mess up! Never trust this company If you don’t care about animals don’t work there!
