Excellent Customer Services / Excellent Tea
Firstly I ordered a set of taster T apigs and a varity of other flavors as my sone has purchased before and told me they were very nice. When the Tpigs arrived they were packaged well, however I was unsure how to brew some of the flavours correctly for optimum taste. I emailed the customer services team who went beyond helping me, they looked sat what I had purchased and sent me directions for brewing them all and are going to see if its possible to add brewing notes to the packaging.
