1 month and I have not received my refund yet.
I was told I am getting a refund over the phone by regional manager 1 month ago but I have not received it yet and when I have tried to chase it up they are avoiding it. They have not given me any receipt or written confirmation of refund being done. I keep asking for it but they won’t respond to that, they just say sorry for inconvenience. I have not got a receipt or anything to show a refund was done and it’s being avoided when I ask for one? They have blamed it on my bank.
