Experiences with Cardenas, La Lajilla, Arguineguin
The people we met very polite and helpful. If any problems arised, they assisted immediately. If necessary, someone came personally, or things were helped out by phone or mail. All persons we were in contact with, behaved great. We have been on Gran Canaria for 25 years +, and Cardenas is by far the best company we have had business with. Keys to the appartment was personally delivered on airport when we arrived. Keys to parking area were organized immediately when we asked. When we had problems with equipment in the appartment, and they organized with pratical help as soon as possible. As example: When WC was leaking, a plumber was there in one hour. They were allways alert on phone, and if they could not answer directly, message came on mail or SMS in very short time. Thank you very much for a nice experience. A special thank to Peter Jensen.
