As soon as you need to claim there is nobody to speak to. I tried to chat to someone in the online chat to work out what to do but they said I had to submit a claim for anyone to look at my case. Since the event happened prior to my insurance starting, it was rejected - which could have been avoided had someone been available to discuss it with me before submitting the claim. Our previous insurer Nationwide were absolutely fantastic with a helpful call centre, no wait, and a friendly human to speak to. After this I wanted to cancel my Frontier insurance but they wouldn't give me a refund because I had made a claim! One which was only made in the first place because they wouldn't speak to me, and was the rejected! Next time I will be sticking with an insurer who has humans to speak to...
