Awful company
Awful company. Bought a "Massage Gaming Chair" which did nothing but vibrate causing your teeth chatter and nausea. Was purchased for someone with fibromyalgia which was exacerbated by the use of this chair. Base was awful causing it to tip forward when trying to get out almost smacking my head on the desk, and 2 of the bolts not lining up to screw it together. Contacted the company to return the item based on it being a health and safety risk, not fit for purpose, not as described and faulty. I am now having to take pictures and fighting a case being told the item has been opened and I cannot return it. I am now jumping through hoops to prove the item is useless despite the Consumer of Goods act specifically saying the burden of proof is on the seller not the buyer within the first 6 months and my right to return the item with it being purchased online. Very unhappy that £240 of our christmas money is now tied up in a company and unlikely to see any time soon. Definitely not a money back guarantee. Complete lie and a scam. I am liable to sue for damages to my floor and pain.
