Unfriendly and unprofessional staff
We went to pick up the car that we rented. When we arrived, the employee told us he can't give us the car because we didn't have our physical passport with us, so far no complains. So we rented a cab to go and bring in the document, and when we arrived they dropped the bombshell on us. Apparently, you can't rent a car from them if your boarding pass is not on the same days of renting the car. First of all, this is such an irregular restriction that they should put it in red when you try to rent the car! The fact that they don't, and their employee very loudly insisting on "it's on the terms and conditions, you should have read the conditions before accepting" tells me how little they care about the customer experience. Secondly, they could check all our documents first and tell us we couldn't rent the car at all. This would have saved us at least 1.5 hours of our day. Their employee could just go through the whole list of required documents, and tell us in the beginning that we can't rent this car!
