We had to make a last minute upgrade…
We had to make a last minute upgrade from a Wagon to SUV in order to accommodate the extra luggage and the needed cabin space for comfort, the Omega team at Picton and Christchurch helped us with the extra arrangements needed and gave us an experience that we are truly grateful for, not to forget the superb rates that really makes us more than a happy customer. I really appreciate the honesty we received, not only we received the best value of car rentals that exceeded our expectation but also felt that the service was professionally delivered, gratitude to the Picton office lady and thank you again to the senior staff at Christchurch office, the honesty given to us was an icing on the cake. The Toyota RAV4 AWD is excellent! The car performed amazingly well, great drive with superb comfort, and the moonroof made our stargazing at Mount Cook become extra special having a convenient view to the stars without having to go outside as it was very cold, we really appreciate it!
