Avoid Go Models Unethical Practices

GO Models hides the fact that they charge a fee of 100 EUR for a member ship. I did not see any hint on their webside about fees. Infact they make the impression that they do not charge anything to the Models (No commissions) But be warned> The contract starts already once you enter your details. Somewhere you must click a link to enter informations... But you are not aware of any contract agreement until you get the payment reminder email 6 weeks later. Once You get the "Feedback Report" they also send you a separate email with the cancelation policy. Which means that you have already a contract and can only cancel in 9 months "If you are satisfied with our services, you do not have to do anything else. The membership is automatically renewed for another 12 months. If you do not wish this, you can terminate the membership without giving a reason at least 3 months before the end of the current contract year. We look forward to working with you!" 6 weeks later The Payment Reminder states: "This contract was activated by the above link (only visible to: Your Name) and legally effective by clicking the button 'ORDER IN OBLIGATION'; see user agreement." according consumer law> An order button must state clearly and in unambiguous wording that an obligation to pay arises when the consumer clicks on the button in question. This requirement is met if the button says “order with payment obligation”. The agreement is void and you should ignore them Signed> A concerned Father
