The website says returns are easy but…
The website says returns are easy but they are not. I got an ottoman that is quite big to lug around. I went in store and they claimed they cannot return my item without a SKU which is not in your order confirmation email for some reason. I never recieved the second email they want.(i checked my trash too) The claim that returns are easy is false and should be removed from their website.
