Joel W28 Joel rang when he was on his way and arrived on time. He inspected the outside of the car first and answered all my questions in a way that I could understand (being a woman). My car had a few more issues that needed attention and he showed me and gave me an honest opinion. I was very happy with the service and will be a regular customer from now owner and of course will be requesting Joel.
