Wrongfully charged
I called in days in advance to skip the month of January. They said it was taken care of but then I get a charge to my debit card which put me in the red with my bank. Then, I incurred an overdraft fee. Since YL took so long to refund me the amount they owed me plus the overdraft fee, I incurred yet another overdraft fee. So, that makes a month I have not been able to use my debit card for groceries & it's put me in a real bind. I've been a dedicated customer for years but they are about to lose me over this. They do not provide good customer service. Multiple times I called to ask for a manager and all I got was let me check for you, never allowing me to speak to a manager to get this handled. Once I use up my points with them, I am done!!! Beware of this company.
