Extremely poor customer service and…
Extremely poor customer service and product support along with very long waiting times on the customer helpline. They also added an additional premium delivery after charge which they said was for a 2 day delivery only for me to be told by the courier that PC Specialist had sent my order by economy rate and it took over a week to be delivered. They have clearly grown to big to care about customer service and have adopted deceitful Arthur Daley tactics to increase income. Also, they damaged the fan by forcing the internal packaging on the computer and when I raised my concern over the fan noise I received a dismissive email telling me that I need to return the system even though I had the onsite care package. Overall I give them a score of 1 out of 10. I will not be ordering any more computers from PC Specialist!
