Shame they no longer offer any phone customer support - no way to contact them
Usually have no problems, however, I am now having the same problem as TC's review on the 12th August, with no way to contact. The customer service number which I used 4 years ago for this exact same issue was very efficient - however, now the customer line just says they have moved to an all ticket based system, which I cannot do because I do not have access to the account. As with TC's review, I have followed the reset password link several times now over the last week and no emails are coming through to reset the password. ------ Update at 17:25 on 21st August: After emailing Sales @ heartinternet.uk, my issue was fully resolved from their support, thank you for quickly acting on this after I managed to find out where to email you! It may be worth having some kind of backup method of contacting you for anyone having trouble accessing their account.
