Waves Carwash Yiewsley
This is for the Waves carwash in Yiewsley. I’ve been using this car wash for quite a few years but unfortunately it seems to have changed hands and has gone downhill since. After my recent experience I will not be going back. I left my car with the Waves team while I did some shopping. When I returned I noticed that the mat in the back drivers side was missing. I mentioned it to one of the team and he immediately got very defensive telling me that there had never been a mat in the back of the car. He did do a quick check to see if he could find the mat, which he couldn’t, I then suggested that if he couldn't find it he might like to give a discount on the wash. This was ignored. At that point I needed to get home as I had frozen food in the boot so I told him to forget it and that I wouldn't be coming back. He had been rude and dismissive of me up to this point but then he got aggressive. I got into my car to leave at which point he started knocking on my window demanding that I came with him to watch the camera they had. I opened my door to talk to him and when I said, no thank you I need to get home, he tried to stop me closing the door. He then left and as I was reversing out of the space he started knocking on the window again which is not appropriate when the car is moving. I have to say I felt quite threatened by this man by the time I left. His actions and way of speaking got progressively more aggressive thought the interaction. I can say with absolute certainly that I will never use this place again and will warn others not too as well. I also emailed customer service to explain what happened and over 3 weeks later have had no response.
