DPD transporter NULL!
If you want to receive your order, buy from another supplier. This company uses DPD as a transporter! DPD made no effort to deliver to the address that was provided to camping car plus! The package was dumped on some properties doorstep (owners not known) over a km from the actual address. It finally arrived in a poor state with items missing! Camping car plus are not interested, neither is it possible to leave negative reviews!! Avoid this company and DPD France! The response provided by the company is NOT acceptable. I purchased items from Camping car plus NOT DPD! It is their decision to use a useless transporter. It is not the clients responsability to ensure DPD empoly drivers that are intelligent enough, to find a clearly marked address by the use of a map or a GPS system. The problems with DPD were made known to Camping Car plus in the customer satisfaction section! Again AVOID !!! En francais: Votre réponse aux problèmes rencontrés avec ma commande est à la fois inexacte et inacceptable. J'ai acheté des articles chez vous Camping Car Plus PAS DPD ! C'est votre décision d'utiliser un transporteur inutile. Il n'appartient pas à moi (aux clients) de veiller à ce que DPD emploie des chauffeurs suffisamment intelligents, pour trouver une adresse clairement indiquée par l'utilisation d'une carte ou d'un système GPS ; ce n'est pas non plus ma responsabilité de faire le tour du quartier pour localiser le colis manquant !! Soit vous avez fourni des coordonnées erronées, soit DPD est totalement incompétent, auquel cas votre choix de transporteur est inapproprié ! Le fait que vous ayez remis les articles à DPD pour livraison ne constitue PAS un service réussi ou efficace. Les problèmes avec DPD ont été signalés à Camping Car plus dans la section d'évaluation de la satisfaction client ! Étant donné qu'il s'agissait clairement d'un avis négatif, vous avez choisi de ne pas le publier.
