Terrible company
Terrible company. They are taking booking for cars from companies, then cancelling them because the company either doesn't have the car available, or the company will not honour the price that Zest have given. Left me and friends stranded at the airport at 11pm after cancelling the booking while we were on a flight. Rang customer services, they didn't care, nothing they could do, no alternative, no help nothing. Waste of time dealing with this company. How they have supposedly just won an award is beyond me. Shocking service and don't care attitude Standard reply from a company you cant trust. Will be interesting to see if they contact me with the results of the investigation 😆😆😆
