Time/Warner/Spectrum ethics
Time/Warner/Spectrum is the least ethical company I have found. Their quote to open the account is good for one year without telling the customer, year two the rate goes up because the "promotion" is over with. Of 100 channels on basic, half are cartoons, the other half is ethnic, the other half are repeat stations of the first half thus I am left with 10 channels, of those 3 play the same programs over and over. TV, internet and phone service that I did not ask for nor use is $150.00 per month. Satellite is more of a horror story so I am stuck.
