Poor customer service…
After using Prestige Building supplies for many years now who should be better at what they do now are quite the opposite. I have no problem with the quality of the products . I have no problem with the fact that you will sometimes not deliver when you say you will. I do have a problem though when after ordering materials you send the wrong order. When that order in my case is part wrong and you pick up that wrong order and take back I do not expect to be bombarded with phone calls emails text messages saying I owe for that order. I have always paid my bills on time or before time. When I paid my most recent bill I explained what I was paying and why was not the full amount. I was told by prestige building supplies staff that it is OK Mr Brown but only to be harassed by staff for the payment. I contacted Prestige immediately I also sent an email clearly explaining what I had paid why not the full amount and that I had paid in full for what I had purchased. I also explained how I was put out by firstly not receiving materials on the arranged date that I also had to buy those materials from another supplier due to delivery and because the wrong beads were sent. I was approached by sales team who in the past I have repeatedly told if I need materials I would contact prestige as they can at times pester you with calls and texts . Now after my last order before Chrstmas I have had 5 different people contacting me for money I do not owe. Due to Prestige building supplies sending me wrong beads they created a credit note of which is suppose to be payment for the returned beads. Prestige you had your beads returned at your expense and due to your sales person not knowing the difference between a render drip bead and a render stop bead. For the sales manager who differs from my description I have been a plasterer self employed 42 years . I know the difference and the terminology . Please chase customers who have not paid there invoices not the other way round. After actually contacting Prestige myself and complaining about the bill I have already paid being sent to me has now prompted me to write this review. Will customer service now understand I Have Paid my Invoice ! Peter Brown
