I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. Worst service and actively caused damage to my home. All calls go to a call center. Normally it drops the first time or two I call, sometimes the wait is more than an hour. The call center call quality is terrible and impossible to hear or understand. It took months and dozens of calls to get my property management added to my account, and they still would not provide them information. They charged me triple for the $50 "copay" to have a plumber come out and refused to reimburse them, claiming they'd be a "credit on my account for future service calls." This was never honored. In addition, they failed and refused to send information on my my claim being denied and, when I called, assured me some of it was covered. The call center representatives have no ability to send email or anything in writing. In the meantime, the leak continued for one month and caused substantially more damage. I have never received any information in writing explaining the denial of coverage, reimbursement for the copays. I plan to stop coverage and file a lawsuit for the negligence and incompetence resulting in further damage to my home.
