Profesional but personal service
I felt fully supported by Emma and Danielle throughout the case and kept up to date with its progress at all times. They were on the end of the phone and answered emails promptly. I cannot praise them too highly for their professional and sympathetic manner and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome.
