Fantastic customer service
I viewed a property for let with Ellie from the Fleet branch in Feb 2021. I've spent 4 weeks looking for the perfect place in a very competitive market a national during lockdown. I've seen around 17 properties across Surrey and Hampshire with multiple different companies and Ellie was by far the most professional, friendly and fair consultant that we dealt with. Despite not being successful in securing a property with Ellie (we were out-bid unfortunately), she kept in contact throughout the whole process, she clearly had both our interests and the landlords interests in mind when negotiating and even though I'm sure she deals with hundreds of prospective clients daily, she was a breath of fresh air from our perspective. She made the whole experience feel a lot more manageable.
