Not a pleasant experience
Poor staff numbers on arrival, queues for check-in with staff simply hanging about and twiddling their thumbs. Queues for breakfast and service attrocious. The room was freezing and we contacted staff on the first night who promised us a resolution, and then never bothered to call back. Room cleanliness and hygiene was poor, and was not adequately stocked with bath robes, towels, and basics of shower gel/ shampoo, etc. It was only upon second day of complaint was this finally resolved.
