Unacceptable service
I flew into Gdansk airport having booked a car. On booking I provided details of my flight including airline, flight number and arrival time. My flight was delayed less than 2 hours so I landed late. On arrival I was told my booking was cancelled because i was more than 1 hour late and has not called to tell them. My only option was to rebook. The cost of the rebooting was twice that of my original booking. I'm sure the guy at the desk knew what he was doing and wanted to earn comission. It was 3am and I had no other option but to pay for a new booking.
