Diligent Negotiations Lead to Excellent Outcomes!
We viewed a rental property today that wasn't even on the rental websites, thanks to Matthew Blackman really understanding our needs and situation. (He was also in tune with the owner of the property which was key). I am delighted to say that once we had viewed the property we reached agreement in a very short space of time, once again, due to Matthew's diligent negotiation. It was a delight to deal with Matt.
