Mixed experience with connections
The direct flight portion was excellent with friendly staff and decent meals. However, my connecting flight in Amman was delayed by 3 hours with minimal communication from the ground crew. The lounge access helped make the wait more bearable, but better coordination between flights would improve the overall experience significantly.
