Shocking, outrageous marking times and communication.
Genuinely shocking marking times. Outrageous for any qualification provider, especially one that is considerably expensive, hoping to get quality mentoring and services and to get started with teaching classes soon after starting (start date October 2023). I have been waiting for my coursework to be marked (which is the one thing holding up my certification having passed my practical assessment at the start of April) since May 3rd (first submission March 26th). I was told marking could take up to 8 weeks (next week) so emailed checking what stage it was at. The response said it could be 2-3 weeks more. That is 11 weeks waiting for simple remark of a few sections of a portfolio. Truthfully, that is embarrassing for any qualification provider. Can't even provide the qualifications because mine and so many others work has been in a 'marking queue'/backlog for so many months. Those on my course and those we got in contact with online are all massively disappointed, annoyed, and angry at the lack of communication at least and being left with no qualification having sunk considerable money and time out of our jobs to do this. Pretty outrageous and could not recommend Future Fit Training less to anyone. I have warned my friends, the gyms I previously worked at as a PT and all colleagues there, the gyms I currently attend similarly, and others in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Durham, and Cambridge. Shame I can't give zero stars.
