Communication could be improved with regards to delivery’s. But great products.

Communication wasn’t the best, as wasn’t despatched when the website said it would. So I chased to find that it was being delivered by a in house delivery team. Which was great and arrived on time. Just wish they had emailed to say what they had planned so I knew. I would happily order again as the product was as described and the delivery was within the timeframe.

Need to actually consider applications that don’t 100% fit if that’s what’s best for the animals. Ridiculous

A shame they have a very poor view on the best for a dog in their care. Rejected for my dog being unneutered for a medical condition, that they were made aware of. Even stated we would once she had her next season. But vet advice clearly means nothing. I’m sure there isn’t many family’s who are willing to take on a dog with medical issues.
