Filthy ripped couch
Filthy ripped couch. Pointed out we wouldn’t sit on it. It was cleaned the next morning but couldn’t use it for a couple of days as it was soaking wet. Hot water runs out after 2 people shower. No ironing board. 3 out of 4 loungers broken. Not all blinds worked or held together duct tape. 3 cups for a 3 bed villa. Chipped tiles by pool. Cameras at the house which we had to cover with towels. Many many issues. Pointed all this out via an email to which they did reply but didn’t address half the issues. They said we should have pointed it out earlier but with the annoyance of having to sort the couch out on arrival that’s the last thing we wanted to do again while on holiday when we’re trying to relax. It shouldn’t be up to the tenants to point out all the issues. This should be done by Karet Villas before checkin. We did write back to their email asking for answers but they haven't replied. Obviously don’t care! We were offered to stay longer or 10% discount in the future but we told them we will not be taking them up on their offer. Will not stay at one of their villas again as it simple is not luxury. Can’t even get the basics right.
