incompetence runs amuck...
Wow, really?!?! I had to wait nearly 4 weeks to receive my order in the mail and it was the complete opposite from the leather vest that I had ordered. They had sent a cheaply made $30 best in place of the high quality $115 vest for which I paid. When I called I was told that no one could help me as the sales manager was at a bike rally. I continued to call until I was able to talk with the manager who assured me that he would send a postage paid label to return the wrong vest and ship the correct vest by 2nd day air. Needless to say but I never received the label and had to wait almost 2 weeks for the correct vest, although not until I sent 4 e-mails and left 2 voicemails! If you can, stay away from this online store!
