Don’t work for them
Don’t work for them. They terminated my contract by accusing me of something I didnt do. I was accused of it one day then terminated the next. I worked for them for 15 months so had no rights. No right to appeal, nothing. I was also threatened with legal action because I went to a clients house to say goodbye and they found out. They don’t care about their clients or their carers.
