Good but limited
I can’t really fault the Brightside experience. It’s simple, straightforward and communication is pitched at just the right level. I signed up for just psychiatric care and it’s been transformative for me in terms of getting effective medication. However, there’s no scope for significant discussion with the provider in the limited (15 minutes) sessions. When I suggested I might have ADHD, I was told I would need a proper diagnosis elsewhere. So, if you need to see a psychiatrist, bear in mind that they seem to be there purely or mostly for prescribing.
