DO NOT USE GAS FAST

Received an unsolicited call from Gas Fast. Salesman (David) attended seemed very nice convinced us to purchase. New central heating and boiler. Contractors arrived (not employed by Gas Fast nothing good to say about them)an hour later equipment to be fitted delivered incorrect radiator sizes agreed on price. Several conversations later agreed to honour 2 ordered. Fitted. Left with 3 holes at front of house, squealing boiler unable to use and not all radiators working. Contacted salesman as no contact, terms or details left after installation rude and unhelpful. Now blocked my calls. Gas Fast contact advise to ring IDEAL myself as 10 year guarantee! Boiler not worked since this install? Been trying to sort this since!They do not care, no customer service disgusting. Left no boiler working and expected to pay over 10 years. Now will need to have independent gas survey carried out as no faith been fitted correctly or even new. I have worked constantly through Covid Pandemic for NHS and this is how people are treated! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY this stress I really did not need. I cannot believe this company is allowed to continue to trade they are a joke. Update just contacted IDEAL myself to find Gas Fast have not even registered my boiler for the Warranty! Why does that not surprise me. I have no words …
