Not BEST at all!!!

Not BEST at all!!!! Stayed at Jacaranda Tenerife. Poor service on arrival. Told restaurant shut 10 minutes ago- go out and buy your own meal!!! Then on departure refused food and drinks unless we paid after check out! We were 7 days all inclusive. Very poor service. Never experienced this before in any other hotel.
