They make it absolutely impossible to get information on very basic things. Replies are disjointed and nonsensical. I just want a very basic question answered about my returns and where they are? Ahh, the copy and paste reply. Mark of an absolute incompetent. What is the point of making people jump through hoops for basic information!!!!? I have two order numbers. Your staff seem to be losing their tiny minds at the complexity of this. 11 emails in two days. Still no further forward. What is complicated about this?
