Great customer service
Booking was extremely easy online. I had a very last minute booking with an area I was not familiar with in Brighton UK, the representative I spoke to was so helpful with making sure I got everything I needed. Communication was quick and easy. The drivers were on time, professional and friendly. We ended up renting a 19 seater Mercedes Benz sprinter. It had very comfortable seats, was very clean and smelled great. My team was happy with our rideand we will be using Imperial car service for any future travels.
