should be zero stars. Purchased a sleeping bag online. Had positive reviews on their own website, rated to 2 degrees. However using it, could not stand up to even 10 degrees. I am following up with Consumer Affairs. I posted a negative review on their product website, however this was removed. IE I regret trusting their website reviews. Also purchased a microfibre towel in the same order, terrible quality and requested to return. Customer service was lousy for the return process and took numerous emails with slow responses.
