Terrible reception and customer care, hire more
They texted saying they are updating their network, after that received a text saying that it has been updated successfully, it was 2 days of disruptions which is fine, but since the completion of updates I lose signal , even in the city’s centre or at work on the south I barely have 2 lines of signal and internet connection is not available for 70% of the day , I tried to call them 2 days in a row but was on hold for than 1 hour both day without any luck of speaking to human being , I am stranded with them as I just renewed for a year but if that’s not fixed I don’t think I will stay with them and already been looking into changing and get my money back
