Mindful it’s a subscription
After seeing an offer for a % off code for dash I decided to order a bulk load of 5 packs of 12 cans and try the different flavours. They arrived, great! 7 days later I had an email to say my order has been processed and waiting to be dispatched in the next 2/3 days. I had not ordered anymore, so checked online, I’ve been signed up for a subscription, I did not opt in for this and hadn’t noticed that the box is automatically ticked unless you untick it. I also never received any email before the order went through asking if I wanted to skip or reschedule as I know this usually happens with subscriptions. I emailed dash and asked them to cancel my subscription as I never signed up for it and cancel the order. Within the hour I had a generic email arrive saying the subscription was cancelled but nothing about my order being cancelled, so I emailed again, nothing, no reply, then two days later an email to say my order has been dispatched. I actually really like this drink and I would have ordered again when I needed more but I don’t want to sign up or have to pay much more money if I don’t. I have also now been contacted by Dash and the issue has been resolved so Thankyou.
