Excellent and reassuring service.
Outstanding help when I was at my wits’ end with British Gas. Helpful, understanding, professional, straight-talking and able to slice through the endless letters and emails I had been receiving, none of which ever said they same thing twice. If you’re wrong, they’ll also tell you I am sure, but their ability to explain what the supplier couldn’t, was really useful. Don’t suffer in silence. Do your best with you mr company as best you can but if after a few attempts you feel like no progress has been made, open a case with them.
