After renting a quinovic property in new Plymouth for 3 1/2 yrs a new agent took over did 1 house inspection, then BOOM a 14day 6 page long breach, and then BOOM given 90 days notice to be invected. I'm a single dad with bad ling condition but the property always kept mint! If I can't get these things done in 14 days then a 21 day inviction will be issued!! Took 6months to fix a big hole in hallway 6months to fix shower probably to use replaced rat infected oven with same 1 so that got biffed straight out out, QUINOVIC property management new Plymouth is absolutely EVIL!! They have no consciousness at all about the welfare of ur family your kids just don't give a shit!!! PLEASE everyone read this as a warning don't rent through this property management
