This was the first time that I’ve completed an online training course, the experience was great. Being able to attend from the comfort of home was a new experience. The instructor (Paul Norman) was great very clear with all the content that he delivered. He was able to go over the topics in great detail and had a lot of personal experiences that put the topic matter into an understandable and relatable context. Thank you Martin T
