Poor management

My criticism of the Greggs in sidwell street Exeter, is not of the staff or the product they sell. It’s of the higher management, who seem to have little or no regard for the safety of their staff or customers in relation to the ongoing problems of the homeless people, who not only steal from the shop, but are very often threatening and aggressive to both staff and customers. As a regular customer, I have on a number of occasions seen this happening and when I ask the staff what sort of backup they have from management, the answer is NONE and it’s because the products they are stealing are not of high value, REALLY ? Okay then Greggs Management, so what VALUE do you put on your employees and customers safety ? Because I for one don’t feel safe sitting in your shop any more and I know I speak for others I know, who have already stopped going in there. Other shops in the street have security on the door to not just protect from theft, but to stop harassment of staff and other customers, but it seems that Greggs doesn’t actually care about theirs. SO , what are you going to do about it ????
