I am writing to express my dissatisfaction
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent service provided for my vehicle. Although the mechanic identified the key issue during the inspection, I was still unable to start the car after the service. This situation led me to discover that the battery was flat, despite the service invoice indicating that the battery life was still good. This oversight has caused me to incur additional expenses and waste valuable time in resolving the actual issue. Please advise what action will be taken by lube mobile to ensure reliable service in the future and to compensate the loss of my time & additional cost incurred.
