One of the best Suppliers
This company is great for customer service and has the cheapest tarrifs going. For a relatively small company they are very good compared to the larger energy supplier. Very quick to resolve any issues that arise. My Gas Smart meter had stopped sending readings and stopped connecting to my smart display. I had multiple previous suppliers who said it was a network issue and there is nothing further that could be done to fix the issue and even said a new meter would not fix the problem. Switched over to home energy and they were willing to send an technician to replace the meter and guess what its fixed the problem. Also home energy records meter readings from the smart meter on a daily basis while most other suppliers pull the reading infrequently. This is great when the price cap changes as you get accurate readings as they pull readings daily. Most other suppliers do not do this and if they do not pull the reading on the day the price cap decreases then you end up with estimated billing. with Home energy this never happens and it is always accurate bills as they collect meter readings on a daily basis. The only area for improvement is maybe a usage tracker on their account.
