Damaged supplies and no refund. Dreadful customer service
We ordered over £4,500.00 of plaster from Buildbase (Huws Gray) Scunthorpe in September 2022. The delivery arrived with 17 bags damaged. We contacted Huws Gray immediately to complain and ask for replacement bags. We have now been waiting now nearly 6 months for initially replacement to the 17 bags and more recently refund for the damaged bags. We have been fobbed off by them stating that they need to get the refund from Tarmac their supplier. We have had an agent from Huws Gray visit us to verify the 17 damaged bags. We have sent photos, emails, and receipts to both Huws Gray and Tarmac and still no refund. They don't have a customer service department. Have to say I am not impressed by the way I have been treated. I am owed £502 for this plaster and can't seem to get anyone to authorise this refund.
